Prior to meeting with Luke, I had tried and failed a number of times to stick to a good gym routine. I would either do things incorrectly and injure myself, or not sufficiently challenge myself, and therefore get minimal results.
Luke listens to your needs and requirements, and designs unique individual plans to suit not just your needs but also your likes and dislikes.
He is honest and open, and will answer any fitness related question (or otherwise), and offers great advice in relation to a training and nutrition plan that is not only effective, but also something that you can realistically stick with.
Additionally, Luke is exceptionally approachable, affordable, and, with his helps and support I now enjoy going to the gym and have created positive habits.
I have used a number of Personal Trainers at a few different gyms, and I could confidently say that Luke is easily the best to work with, the best value, and is always willing to go the extra mile to help his clients.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Luke over the last few months.
I contacted him knowing nothing about working out, best routines or how best to use my time in the gym.
In the 2 months I have workout with Luke I have learned so much about my body, strengths, weaknesses and best exercises for me.
He has pushed me but always been honest and careful not letting me go too hard or too easy.
