These personal training sessions are 1 to 1 between myself and you, and are up to an hour long. These will follow the initial consultation in which we would have discussed what you fitness goal is (lose weight etc.).

In these sessions you will work through a basic program I’ve designed based on what you tell me and I’ll be right beside you ready to guide you through this. A wide range of workouts and exercises will vary from time to time so that your body is prevented from plateauing to keep the progress flowing. Exercises will often be mixtures of weighted exercises and body weight exercises which also allows you to find the style of training you prefer as finding the style you like makes it far easier and fun to reaching those fitness goals. This can then be followed by more specific program designs that I offer, depending on what style of training you prefer or what your body best responds to. The programs will also change to your needs even if your goal changes. So if you started off losing weight for example, but now want to progress onto doing more athletic types of training, this can be easily transitioned from one to another.
