This 45 minute session is designed for those who are looking to improve their strength and overall technique on Olympic Weightlifting. The exercises involved in Olympic Lifting are based on and help your power by developing your fast twitch muscle fibres. Making you more efficient with your quick power movements; aiding in improving overall strength, as well as strength within Olympic
Weightlifting.
The session takes you through the step by step progressions of performing the 2 main Olympic Lifts whether you’re a beginner or advanced looking to improve your lifting performance. Structured with a simple mobility warmup before getting into the session to work on the lifting. By the end of the session, you’ll be feeling more confident with Olympic Weightlifting exercises but also provide you with a new range of exercises to vary your current workouts and add a little depth into what your current fitness goals are. Continuing with these sessions will only help boost your strength and confidence in the lifts.
