This is the time where we can sit down and discuss what long term and short term goals you have for your Fitness. Whether it’s to lose weight for the summer or an event you’ve got coming up, or even just to make a change in your life.
All the information you give me will help me design workout plans based around your goals and your fitness preferences. For example if you enjoy weightlifting, then this can be directed to focus on that and taking weightlifting sessions from which I also offer as a separate package along with many other variations of fitness style sessions.
This is also the perfect opportunity to discuss what your diet is like. Allowing us to pinpoint the areas of your diet that’ll need to be improved based on your short and long term fitness goals.
Some of the information I give you may just surprise you too. You’ll still be able to have those sweet treats every now and again.
