You and I will spend our time talking about how your diet can be adapted for a healthier eating lifestyle. But it can also be more specific to what your fitness goal is as well. Whether its to lose weight/body fat or if you’re looking to build muscle mass.
Whatever the goal is, we’ll walk through the dietary requirements you’ll need in order to reach that goal you’re longing for. You can also fire as many questions at me as you need and I will do my absolute best to answer each one.
Plus, there is no such thing as a stupid question, ask me anything you need that you may be confused on or don’t know. Upon meeting in our consultation, I’ll ask you to write me a food diary so I can analyse it and help you with what foods could be eaten more or less. Some information I give may just surprise you too, so hopefully, you’ll find it worth it.
