Once you’ve told me where your tightness and aches are, we can begin. Your first session with me, no matter what muscle areas we’re focusing on, will start off with checking your posture as this can be the common cause for muscle tightness and joint ache. From there, we’ll move into progressing where the causes lie and work on resolving the issues.
This is all going to be a combined mixture of simple posture stances, mobility drills, Yoga and Pilates poses, along with some weighted exercises that focus on joint and muscle mobility. This all ultimately leads to you feeling better with simple movements in everyday life such as reaching for things or bending down to pick something up. As you’ll feel loser with everything being easier to move. And then life feels that little bit simpler.
